Job Description:

  • Responds to customer inquires regarding account status, service, billing and product information.
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls relating to telecommunication services & products in a call center environment.
  • Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns utilizing an internal billing system.
  • Communicates with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Provides customer with a positive, professional and courteous attitude when interacting on the phone.
  • Experienced with and proficient with computer use.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including grammar and voice quality.
  • Functions comfortably in a fast paced call center environment.
  • Consistently follows defined processes and procedures that the call center defines with every call.
  • Provides customers with accurate and complete answers.
  • Performs other duties as required.
