Profitec Announces Availability of SugarCRM Integration via Loki BPM

End to End Solution Provides Integrated IT System for Service Providers

Profitec Billing Services, Inc., an established leader in billing services, and Leonid Systems, which provides IT solutions to service providers, today announced availability of an integrated solution in Loki BPM™ 3.0 and OmniBill 8.0. Loki BPM is an integrated business process management (BPM) solution based on the popular CRM suite, SugarCRM. Loki BPM provides an end-to-end solution including portals, CRM, order management, contract management, workflow, provisioning, care, inventory, and, in conjunction with OmniBill, billing. The integration with OmniBill offers the service provider a complete, flow through package, which makes full use of the facilities on OmniBill.
